Mayor's Beautification Committee
Committee Description
The MBC was established by Resolution Number 47-68, and modified by Resolution Numbers 87-73, 45-89, and 113-03. Committee responsibilities: advises in actions or matters affecting the appearance of business and residential properties within the City; makes recommendations for awards or special citations for community enhancement; strives to promote community awareness of environmental and civic improvement efforts.
Meetings
Committee meetings are held the 4th Tuesday of every month at 7pm in the Fire Training Room located in the Government Center, 44 West Hebble Avenue Fairborn, Ohio 45324.
Members
The Mayor's Beautification Committee (MBC) consists of a minimum of ten citizen representatives appointed by Council to serve three-year terms. Up to four high school students are selected by the committee for terms limited to their tenure as high school students.
