PERSONNEL ADVISORY BOARD
Board Description
The Personnel Advisory Board was established in Article IV of the Fairborn City Charter and amended by Ordinance Number 19-77, and Resolution Numbers 38-77 and 1-81. The Personnel Advisory Board acts as an advisory source in upholding principles of merit and fitness for personnel actions, reviews proposals affecting positions within classified services, and hears employee grievances in accordance with Personnel Rules and Regulations and Union Bargaining Agreements.
Meetings
Meetings are held as needed and located in the Mayor's Conference Room at the Fairborn Government Center, 44 West Hebble Ave. Fairborn, Ohio 45324.
