Fun with Faux Eggs
Who: All Ages
Cost: $10/box
When: April 2nd
No mess, no worry with these FUN faux Easter eggs. Each registration receives one dozen faux eggs to decorate with markers, stickers, paint, etc. Plus- get a video tutorial for some creative ways to decorate. Boxes will be delivered May 2nd. Add on a basket for $5 (basket and grass only)

Earth Day Box
Who: All Ages
Cost: $10/box
When: April 16th
Learn how to reduce, reuse, and recycle to clean up our community with a box kit. It contains recyclable art projects, environmental education materials, and a clean-up kit with gloves, wipes, and bags to make the most of this Earth Day. Boxes will be delivered April 16th.

Fairborn Family Trivia Night
Who: All Ages
Cost: $5/family
When: May 10th
Join others for a fun-filled trivia night as you compete against other families answering questions all about FAIRBORN. The game link will be sent via email prior to game day on May 10th. The winning family will receive a FAIRBORN-themed swag bag.

 DIY Oakes Quarry Field Trip
Who: All Ages
Cost: $20/family
When: May 25th
Want to learn more about Oakes Quarry? This DIY Oakes Quarry Field Trip is for you! This field guide box is filled with a pair of binoculars, a magnifying glass, and information on fossils and other educational materials about the quarry to be delivered on Tuesday, May 25th. A video guide to Oakes Quarry is also included with registration. Then complete the activity list to have your own Field Trip at Oakes Quarry. An additional set of binoculars, magnifying glass, and field trip guides may be purchased for $15.

Shamrock Scavenger Hunt

When: March 1-17 
Lucy the Leprechaun has been spotted in Fairborn. Somehow she has managed to lose all her lucky shamrocks. Follow her clues in March to discover where you might be lucky enough to catch a shamrock.

Easter Egg-cursions
WhoAll ages- FREE
When: March 21-April 4
Play 2021 Easter Egg-Cursions! Find all the 2021 EASTER eggs hidden throughout downtown Fairborn. Solve the clues to the location, find the egg and submit a photo. Find all 10 to receive a small prize. Gamecode to play will be released on March 20th!

 Dr. Michael Horton’s Fishing Derby
Who: All ages- FREE
When: Save the Date- Saturday, May 8th
The annual Dr. Michael Horton Fishing Derby will return in 2021. Get your poles and your bait ready to compete for prizes! More information is to come.

 Mental Health Chalk Walk
Who: All ages- FREE
When: Community Park May 14-16
Take a stroll around Community Park this weekend to discover various chalk art to commemorate Mental Health Awareness.

MVRAC “Let’s Play!” Scavenger Hunt
Who: All ages- FREE
When: The hunt begins May 24th!
National Scavenger Hunt day is Monday, May 24. The Miami Valley Recreation Activities Council is kicking it off with “Let's Play!” scavenger hunt! Eight area agencies are hiding clues in their communities/agencies and it’s up to you to find them! For all those finding all eight clues and completing the challenge, you will be entered into a drawing for First: $250, Second: $100, and Third: $50. Check out our social media details to find out how to get the app and log in to find all the ways we can play in the Miami Valley!
