Founded in 1989, R.A.D. Systems have grown to be the largest self-defense training network of its kind. R.A.D. Systems provide prevention, risk reduction instruction, and realistic and dynamic hands-on physical training. The R.A.D. Systems philosophy is to provide instruction in prevention and risk reduction strategies along with realistic and dynamic hands-on physical training. The R.A.D. systems philosophy is to provide accessible and affordable programs for all women. R.A.D. Systems provide students with a comprehensive reference manual. R.A.D. Systems provide a lifetime return and practice policy for all basic students, but you must have your manual.
R.A.D. Systems Basic Physical Defense class is a four-week course that will meet on September 5th, 12th, 19th, and 26th from 6pm - 9pm at the Fairborn Senior Center (325 N Third St., Fairborn, OH 45324). In a professional and safe training environment, participants can expect to learn basic physical defense tactics, risk awareness, and reduction and avoidance strategies. Students can choose not to participate at any time and for any reason.

Wellness Information, Safety Precautions and Expectations, Waiver and Release of Liability/Parental Consent, Yoru Participant Manual, PowerPoint and Stats, Warm-Ups, Training.

The R.A.D. Systems class is open to ONLY females 12 yrs old and up. To ensure all participants receive the maximum benefit from the program, class size is limited to twenty (20) and will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. To apply for R.A.D. online, please fill out the information below.
