BROAD STREET IMPROVEMENTS - PHASE 2
(Dayton Drive to Pierce Drive)
 The intent of this project is to "reinvent" the corridor by reducing the number of vehicular lanes to one in each direction with a center median and turn lanes, provide on-street bike lanes to extend the lanes that currently terminate at Dayton Drive and Broad Street, provide enhanced facilities for pedestrians, and to replace the existing waterline.  Construction is scheduled to begin in September 2022.  Documents related to this project are as follows:

COLONEL GLENN / KAUFFMAN ROUNDABOUT CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

MAPLE AVENUE IMPROVEMENTS - PHASE 2
(Doris Drive to Dayton-Yellow Springs Road)
Earlier this year, the City of Fairborn hosted an informational meeting regarding the design of the Maple Avenue Phase 2 Project (Doris Drive to Dayton Yellow Springs Road).  The City Engineering Division presented design options and solicited feedback from the public.  Attendees had the opportunity to view design option displays, ask questions regarding the project, and offer suggestions.  Questions and comments from this meeting will soon be posted.  Construction of this project is scheduled for 2021.

ANNUAL PROGRAMS

Street Program
Several streets are resurfaced each year as part of the annual street program. Streets are chosen for rehab based on several factors including pavement condition, rehab history of the pavement, traffic volume, and recommendations from the City's pavement management system.
