Trash Removal
The Streets and Sanitation Division is responsible for coordinating with the city trash-hauling contractor (Rumpke) for garbage and trash removal and oversees citizen satisfaction with service. To see our trash collection details please see our FAQ page.
Trash Collections is conducted in a 5-day zoned manner.
Please see the map for your designated trash pick-up day below, or you can access the individual streets list here.
Interactive Trash Pickup Map
We also have available an interactive map where you can click on your street and see which day is your trash pickup. There is a search feature to the top left of the page where you can input your address, however, you will still need to click on the street to access the popup window with trash pickup information. When accessing the interactive map please read the following:
To access the interactive "pop-up" windows you will need to go to the "layers list" which should be on the side of the screen. Click the "layers list" then click the ... ellipsis on the layer you want to view and click "enable pop-up." You must then click on the trash route, parcel, or address point you just enabled. You can also "show labels" and "view in attribute table" with this same drop-down list. Addresses populate as you zoom in on your area.
